Office furniture delivered to room of choice, built, positioned and signed off, with the packaging leaving in our van. We have been doing it since 1996, for hotel groups and for private houses alike.
Furniture damage almost always happens in the last twenty metres, in a lift lobby or on a staircase, which is why we do not subcontract that part and why our crews put floor protection and corner guards in before they carry anything else. Our own drivers take it off our own vehicles, on air ride suspension, with blankets, straps and shoring poles. From one hand made table to a timed hotel roll out, the handling is the same. That is the point.

Yes. We are registered with the Environment Agency as an upper tier waste carrier, broker and dealer under CBDU551195, and WEEE material goes through an approved authorised treatment facility that issues the recycling certification. Anything with a drive in it is dealt with first, so hard disks and solid state drives come out, serials are scanned, the drives are shredded and a certificate of destruction is issued, and visible asset tags are removed so the hardware cannot be traced back to you. What is left goes on to approved refiners who extract the valuable material, which is how we can say nothing goes to landfill. Furniture and kit that is still good can be stored, repurposed or donated instead, which is usually the better answer.
Yes, and weekends are when most office moves should happen. We work through building management at both ends for the loading bay, the goods lift and out of hours security access, then phase the move floor by floor so each floor is cleared, delivered and rebuilt before the next one starts. One point of contact runs the whole thing, and we will schedule Teams calls through the weekend if you would rather have a status update than a silence. Where a lift is out of service or too small, we bring powered stair climbers so the floor that would otherwise stall the programme does not. No lift, no problem.
Yes. White glove is not a premium extra here, it is simply how we have always worked. Vehicles are plain and unbranded, crews are one or two people or more if the job needs it, and delivery is to the room of choice at a time that suits the building rather than the driver. We assemble and install desks, meeting tables and storage, protect the route in, and take all the packaging away with us for recycling rather than leaving a mountain of cardboard in reception. Crews can wear your corporate clothing if you would rather they looked like your own people. There is a reverse logistics option as well, for whatever the new furniture is replacing.
Send site addresses and an approximate asset list. We will return a secure plan and confirmed date.
