UK transport coverage from two bases, London Heathrow and Farnborough Airport, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our own vehicles and our own drivers, wherever the job is.
Nationwide coverage is easy to claim. Running it is harder, and we do it with our own vehicles out of two warehouses rather than a network of agents. One is four miles from London Heathrow Airport, at the heart of the UK colocation datacentre industry, and the other is our headquarters near Farnborough Airport in rural Hampshire, roughly 30 minutes away, and both hold pallet racking, build areas and prep tables. Between them that is around 9,000 sq ft, with 24 hour call out for clients' equipment.

Nothing is co-loaded. Your goods travel on their own vehicle with our own driver, DBS checked and security vetted, plain and un-sign-written so there is nothing on the side announcing what might be inside, tracked down to street level anywhere in Europe, with Thatcham approved deadlocks and, on selected vehicles, remote engine immobilisation. Cases carry tamper evident seals with the numbers logged against the asset list, and they can carry ShockWatch or TiltWatch labels where you want visible evidence of how the load has been handled along the way. We photograph the load at collection and delivery, take a signed proof of delivery, and reconcile serials where that is part of the job. Goods in transit cover is £2,600 per vehicle all risks with AXA, with marine cargo quotable to £0.5m.
Yes. We run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Out of hours is not an exception here, it is most of the IT work, because change windows fall at night and loading bays are free at weekends. We will work to a venue slot, a hospital quiet period or a data centre access list, and we would sooner be sat outside half an hour early than arrive at the back of a queue with the window closing. Where a job needs a method statement, a site survey or a walk through video first, that happens in advance rather than on the day. A late Friday afternoon call has often turned into a happy customer on the Saturday morning.
The whole of the UK, worked from two bases about half an hour apart, one at Hayes four miles from Heathrow and one at Church Crookham near Farnborough Airport. Between them we cover London and the South East as day work and everything from Cornwall to the Highlands on a dedicated run, with the fleet on a Standard International Goods Vehicle Operators Licence and all of it Euro 6 and ULEZ compliant, so central London is not a problem. Islands and Northern Ireland mean a ferry and more planning. Tell us early. Europe by road is the same operation with the same vehicles, and we can go globally by airfreight when the timescale calls for it.
Send site addresses and an approximate asset list. We will return a secure plan and confirmed date.
