Whether it is a single 1u server or a fully populated 24u router that needs de-racking, packing and re-racking at the other end, we have the kit and the people for it. We have been doing this since 1996 with our own crews.
The method does not change much with scale. We audit the assets and capture serials, produce rack elevations and a patching schedule, label everything before we touch it, then de-rack, pack, transport, re-rack and test to the plan. What varies is how much you want us to do, because some clients have their own network engineers and need only the transport and the rack 'n' stack, whilst others want a full cable trace and audit with the patching schedule written for them.

Yes. We hold a Standard International Goods Vehicle Operators Licence for 3 HGVs and 12 light goods vehicles with 4 UK Licences for the Community, so European work runs on our own trucks with our own drivers rather than being handed over to somebody else at Dover. Customs entries are done by our in-house agent, on a T1 or under a carnet where the kit is coming back. Multi-site UK work is phased into tranches, with the equipment for later phases held and pre-staged in our warehousing at Hayes or Church Crookham. One project manager holds the programme, books the lifts, the bays and the security clearances, and runs Teams calls to keep everyone in step. Crews are DBS checked and security vetted, which is what a data centre access list usually turns on.
Yes. Building managers usually want RAMS, an insurance schedule and proof of accreditation, and we can send all of it well before the job, meaning risk assessments and method statements written for that specific site, ISO 9001:2015, Road Haulage Association membership Reg No 012412, goods in transit cover of £2,600 per vehicle on an all risks basis with AXA and public liability of no less than £2 million. Higher value loads can be quoted on marine cargo up to £0.5m without an underwriter referral. Crew DBS and vetting details go over with it where the building asks. Afterwards you get serial level reconciliation, rack elevations and the patching schedule as built, proof of delivery and a list of anything that did not go to plan. We would rather write that list than pretend it never happens.
The honest answer is that we can shorten the window rather than remove it, and anybody promising you no downtime at all is talking about your application design, not your hardware. We can take it off the critical path though. Audit and label everything, run the cable trace, produce rack elevations and a patching schedule before a single screw comes out, then build the new estate in a pre-staging rack at our warehouse with power and connectivity so it is imaged, configured and tested before it is ever loaded. On the night we de-rack, pack, drive, re-rack and patch to the plan. Most of this happens overnight or at a weekend, because that is when the change windows are.
