We plan route-sequenced, just-in-time deliveries aligned to your PON design and build slots: street cabinets, splitters, OLT/ONTs, SFPs, fibre panels, power supplies, anchors and fixings. Vehicles are GPS tracked with live ETAs for supervisors. We meet loading bay and kerbside rules and follow Chapter 8 traffic management at busy roads. Each drop includes barcode scans, photo PODs and optional serial capture for stock reconciliation. Result: fewer cancelled jobs, fewer redeliveries, and tighter utilisation of civils and splicing teams.

Reduce time-on-site with warehouse pre-staging. We receive vendor shipments, kit BOMs by site, pre-label, and (where required) power-test and configure network equipment before it leaves the depot. Build site-ready packs that include cabinet hardware, patch cords, glands, and consumables—each with a manifest. Add quarantine zones for returns or DOA items, and roll inventory into your weekly wave plans. This upstream control improves first-time-fix rates and shrinks install windows in constrained urban and campus locations.

ALT NET programs live and die by scheduling discipline. We supply RAMS and method statements for highway and building access, insurances, crew credentials and DBS-checked personnel when required. Every movement keeps a chain-of-custody record with barcodes, tamper seals and time-stamped photo logs. Our program management layer coordinates regions and contractors, smoothing permit-to-work approvals, lift bookings and weekend access. Need cross-border hardware?
