Build faster, miss fewer slots. ALT NET logistics that deliver the right kit to the right site, exactly when your field teams need it.
We combine secure transport, JIT drops, pre-staging and documentation to keep civil teams, splicers and installers moving. From vendor inbound to rack-ready handoff, our ALT NET workflow reduces handovers and idle time while maintaining chain-of-custody and compliance for street and building access.

Your crews shouldn’t wait on kit. We plan route-sequenced, just-in-time deliveries aligned to your PON design and build slots: street cabinets, splitters, OLT/ONTs, SFPs, fibre panels, power supplies, anchors and fixings. Vehicles are GPS tracked with live ETAs for supervisors. We meet loading bay and kerbside rules and follow Chapter 8 traffic management at busy roads. Each drop includes barcode scans, photo PODs and optional serial capture for stock reconciliation. Result: fewer cancelled jobs, fewer redeliveries, and tighter utilisation of civils and splicing teams.
Reduce time-on-site with warehouse pre-staging. We receive vendor shipments, kit BOMs by site, pre-label, and (where required) power-test and configure network equipment before it leaves the depot. Build site-ready packs that include cabinet hardware, patch cords, glands, and consumables—each with a manifest. Add quarantine zones for returns or DOA items, and roll inventory into your weekly wave plans. This upstream control improves first-time-fix rates and shrinks install windows in constrained urban and campus locations.
ALT NET programs live and die by scheduling discipline. We supply RAMS and method statements for highway and building access, insurances, crew credentials and DBS-checked personnel when required. Every movement keeps a chain-of-custody record with barcodes, tamper seals and time-stamped photo logs. Our program management layer coordinates regions and contractors, smoothing permit-to-work approvals, lift bookings and weekend access. Need cross-border hardware? We manage customs clearance and returns to prevent avoidable delays.
We provide RAMS, crew qualifications and insurance, maintain chain-of-custody with barcode scans and tamper seals, and follow Chapter 8 guidance for highway deliveries. For EU hardware, we add customs clearance and returns management to keep programmes on schedule.
Absolutely. Our pre-staging facility handles receiving, kitting by bill of materials, asset labelling and optional power/config checks. Each site-ready pack ships with a manifest, improving first-time-fix and reducing time on site for civils and splicer teams.
Yes. We plan JIT site drops aligned to your rollout schedule, delivering street cabinets, OLT/ONT and PON equipment with GPS-tracked ETAs, Chapter 8 compliant kerbside procedures and photo-verified proof of delivery to minimise aborted visits.
Send site addresses and an approximate asset list. We will return a secure plan and confirmed date.
