Yes. We provide dedicated same-day and next-day courier services across the UK and mainland Europe with door-to-door secure transport, two-person crews where required, and GPS-tracked vehicles. We handle time-critical multi-drop runs, overnight deliveries, weekends and bank holidays, and can add white-glove delivery options at the destination. ETAs are shared proactively and proof of delivery includes signatures and photo evidence.

How do you handle customs for EU shipments after Brexit?

We manage customs clearance end-to-end. Our team prepares or checks commercial invoices, commodity codes and values, works with partner brokers, and supports ATA Carnets for temporary movements such as events and demos. We advise on Incoterms (DAP vs DDP), arrange T1 transit documents when needed, and coordinate pre-lodgement to minimise border dwell time. All shipments move with accurate EORI data and compliance files for a smooth UK to EU courier flow.

What security and insurance measures protect high-value or sensitive equipment in transit?

All movements use GPS-tracked vehicles, chain-of-custody logs, and tamper-evident seals at case or pallet level. Crews are DBS-checked and trained in secure handling, with optional two-person teams and tail-lift vehicles for heavy items. We provide photo evidence at collection and delivery, CMR and POD documentation, and configurable goods in transit insurance with declared value cover. For clinical and IT equipment, we can add white-glove delivery and room-of-choice placement on request.

Computer Transport

We have been moving computers since 1996, in our own plain vans and lorries, on our own Standard International Goods Vehicle Operators Licence. Payloads run from 900kg in a Renault Trafic that will still get into an underground car park with a 2.0 metre height restriction, all the way up to 7000kg in the 18t DAF with its 2.5t cantilever tail lift. Nothing is subcontracted. Everything travels on air ride suspension, strapped to E-track at three levels with padded rails and shoring poles.

We have carried event kit into ExCel, The O2, Alexandra Palace, the Tower of London and a good number of fields and castles in between, and we still criss-cross Europe at a moment's notice for the ones that come up late. Vehicles run from Renault Trafics up to an 18 tonne DAF with a 2.5 tonne cantilever tail lift, all with air ride, load lok, shoring poles and blankets. Drivers work rather than watch. Import and export customs, including ATA Carnets, is handled in house.

Pro audio and AV transport since 1996, for sound engineers, production and tour managers and the bands themselves. We have traversed most of the mountain ranges and sailed most of the ferry routes, from a backline delivery to the bottom of a ski slope in Davos for MTV Winterjam to an urgent mixing desk swap out in Belfort for the Eurockéennes festival. Air ride vehicles, load lok and E-track at three levels, aluminium ramps or tail lifts. We sort the carnets in house.

Secure transport, for us, means the vehicle, the driver and the handling kit all belong to Secure Transportation, so there is nobody in the chain we have not trained and nobody we cannot get hold of at two in the morning. Vehicles are plain and unsignwritten, fitted with Thatcham approved deadlocks and remote engine immobilisation, and tracked to street level anywhere in Europe. UK transport coverage runs out of two bases, one at London Heathrow at the heart of the UK colocation datacentre industry and the other near Farnborough Airport about 30 minutes away, which puts most of the country inside a straightforward day's drive. We run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, and vehicles are tracked to street level. The M25 corridor is our back garden. Everything north of that is a day out and we plan it as one.
