Yes. Our white-glove clinical delivery includes site-specific RAMS, infection-control compliant workflows, and clean room/ward etiquette. Crews are DBS-checked, trained in manual handling for medical equipment transport, and work to quiet-hours protocols for theatres and diagnostic areas. We handle room-of-choice positioning, packaging removal, and provide photo evidence plus signed chain-of-custody documentation.

Can you move heavy or awkward devices between floors where lifts aren’t available?

We specialise in stair climber service for sensitive healthcare and scientific equipment. Our teams assess routes, protect surfaces, and use powered stair climbers and skates for safe movement of analyzers, imaging carts, freezers, and benches. We supply method statements, insurance, and a lift/stairwell plan before delivery, then complete placement, power/data verification, and removal of waste packaging.

Can you work to tight clinical windows (evenings/weekends) and provide documentation for OEMs and NHS Trusts?

Absolutely. We schedule evening and weekend installations to avoid disruption, coordinate loading bay access and theatre slots, and provide OEM-friendly documentation: serial capture, photo logs, proof of delivery, and environmental reporting for packaging. For multi-site programs we offer warehousing & pre-staging, consolidated runs, and a single point of contact for the Trust or OEM logistics team.

Event Transport

We have carried event kit into ExCel, The O2, Alexandra Palace, the Tower of London and a good number of fields and castles in between, and we still criss-cross Europe at a moment's notice for the ones that come up late. Vehicles run from Renault Trafics up to an 18 tonne DAF with a 2.5 tonne cantilever tail lift, all with air ride, load lok, shoring poles and blankets. Drivers work rather than watch. Import and export customs, including ATA Carnets, is handled in house.

Analysers, imaging equipment, centrifuges and biosafety cabinets all travel the same way with us: our own air ride vehicles, our own flight cases, our own crews. Payloads run from 900kg to 7000kg, and the smallest Renault Trafic will get into an underground car park with a 2.0 metre height restriction, while the 18 tonne DAF has a 2.5t cantilever tail lift for anything that has to stay on its pallet. Stair Climber – Clinical Sites

No lift, no problem. Our go to machine is a red Stanley Handling SC620, a 46kg powered stair climber that takes 310kg up and down stairs at nine steps a minute with a 300 step range on one charge, and where the load is heavier the blue PowerMate M-1 handles 454kg on stairs with two people on it. We used one to put a 300kg 47u rack on the tenth floor. Used mainly where lift access is not permitted or the item simply will not fit.

White glove is not a service line we added, it is how we have delivered since the business was a man and a van in 1996. Clinical and laboratory sites get a one or two person team, or more if the job needs it, at a time of your choosing, plain unsignwritten vehicles, delivery to the room of choice including positioning, assembly where required, and the packaging taken away and recycled rather than left in a corridor. We can wear your corporate clothing if you prefer.
