We design, build and pack export-ready cases for servers, laboratory analyzers, imaging carts and pro audio-visual kits. Using ISPM 15 timber, CNC-cut foams and moisture protection, we create repeatable protection systems backed by traceable paperwork and carrier handover. ISPM 15 certified crating with engineered protection

Our cases are built from heat-treated, ISPM 15 compliant timber with reinforced corners, screw-down lids and pallet bases for easy MHE handling. Interiors use CNC-cut closed-cell foams, load-spreading panels and shock isolation to stabilise odd-shaped equipment. We add VCI or barrier bags with desiccant to control humidity, plus tilt and impact indicators for chain-of-custody evidence. Each crate is labelled to IATA and carrier requirements and marked for two-way reuse where projects need returns or EU retrievals. The outcome is robust export packaging that reduces risk without adding unnecessary weight.

Customs-ready paperwork and Carnet support

Damage is not the only risk. Delays at the border cost time and money. We prepare detailed packing lists with HS codes, serials and values, and we can compile or review ATA Carnets for temporary exports to events, demos and service swaps. For permanent exports we align commercial invoices and origin statements with your Incoterms and broker instructions. Where needed, we coordinate pre-alert packs for the freight forwarder and provide photo evidence of packed items. This complete document set speeds customs processing and reduces inspection risk.

White glove collection, pre-staging and carrier handover

We collect with trained white glove crews, complete RAMS, and move assets to our pre-staging area for inspection, test and pack. Need configuration or serial reconciliation before export We can audit, photograph and record assets prior to crating. On dispatch, we book carrier slots, provide measured weights and dimensions, and supervise handover at the airline shed or forwarder warehouse. End to end you get GPS-tracked transport, signed chain-of-custody, and clear status updates so Operations, Logistics and the end customer stay aligned.
