Every migration starts with discovery and a detailed asset audit and serial reconciliation. We produce rack elevations, port maps, power budgets and cable colour codes, then pre label hardware and power. On move day our engineers follow a timed run sheet for decommission, pack, load, transport, install and verify with photo evidence at each step. We carry spares, define rollback criteria and stage a pilot rack where appropriate. The result is a controlled cutover that minimises downtime and delivers a clean, tested go live.

Your equipment remains under continuous control. Crews are ID checked and trained, vehicles are GPS tracked, and all crates use barcodes and tamper seals with scan events at collection, loading bay, departure and arrival. We provide Risk Assessment and Method Statements for facilities approval and supply POD, photo logs and updated serial lists after completion. For cross site and EU moves, we add ATA Carnets or import entries so hardware clears without delay.

Shorten your live window by completing prep offsite. In our pre staging facility we unbox, image, apply firmware, fit rails, validate power and map patches. On site we rack and stack to the planned U positions, manage cable dressing and heat mapping, then run acceptance tests to confirm network, storage and application reachability. For refresh programs we decommission legacy assets and handle ITAD and WEEE with certificates, keeping your audit trail complete.
