Protection starts at the desk. We disconnect, cap and coil cables, fit anti-static bags, edge guards and screen sleeves, then load into shock-absorbent crates. At destination, we rebuild the desk: monitor arms, docks, keyboards, headsets and power distribution are reinstalled, cables are routed cleanly and devices are powered on for basic verification. Packaging leaves with us for recycling, leaving a tidy workstation ready for users to log in — reducing tickets to IT and avoiding day-one chaos.
