Every device is recorded before it leaves the floor. We scan or record serial numbers for desktops, laptops, docks, screens, and peripherals, then generate an itemised asset list that travels with the load. Packaging is matched to device type, tamper labels are applied where required, and sign-off is captured at each handover. If equipment is headed to ITAD or WEEE, we split data-bearing items, route them correctly, and provide certificates after processing. This chain of custody gives Facilities, IT and Procurement a single source of truth for audit and liability control.

Most office moves demand tight windows. We schedule evening or weekend works, coordinate lifts and loading bays with building management, and complete floor-by-floor checks before handover. Quality control includes photo evidence, desk counts, cable bag counts, and sign-offs against the move matrix. At the destination we can support desk drops, layout by seating plan, and IT re-connect to restore business as usual. Where kit is not moving, we remove legacy cabling and route retired assets to storage or certified disposal, keeping your workspace clear and compliant.
