Collections are signed at origin, monitored door-to-door, and processed in a controlled facility with CCTV and access controls. We log serials, shred to the contracted particle size, and issue Certificates of Destruction plus environmental reporting. This route integrates seamlessly with ITAD workflows for mixed fleets (HDDs, SSDs, tapes) and supports scheduled, multi-site collections across the UK with strict SLAs.

Compliance isn’t complete without paperwork that stands up to scrutiny. You receive a complete pack: collection manifest, chain-of-custody log, serial reconciliation, shred size declaration, Certificates of Destruction, and WEEE disposal evidence. Reporting aligns to GDPR requirements and ISO-27001-style control objectives. Where appropriate, we segregate assets for ITAD remarketing, ensuring disks are destroyed while non-data-bearing components enter certified recycling streams to maximise environmental performance and cost recovery.
