Project specific RAMS and Method Statements that secure approvals fast, align with site rules, and keep your IT and medical logistics safe, compliant, and on schedule.
We prepare clear, site specific Risk Assessment and Method Statements for complex logistics. From data centre migrations and office IT relocations to white glove clinical deliveries, our RAMS explain who, what, where, when, and how the work will be done safely. Stakeholders gain confidence. Projects gain momentum.

Approvers need clarity fast. We include site plans or simple route drawings, lift dimensions, stair counts, parking positions, and time windows. Gantt style timelines show when quiet hours are observed. Contact details for the lead project manager and site supervisor are clearly listed. Optional addenda include RAMS for European movements with customs stages, or waste handling statements for WEEE and ITAD. The result is a pack that answers questions before they are asked and keeps weekend or night work on track.
We need the work scope, locations, access windows, building rules, lift sizes, stair counts, equipment dimensions and weights, infection control requirements if clinical, and any contractor induction forms. If waste removal or ITAD is included, we also confirm WEEE streams and chain of custody steps for secure items.
For standard office IT relocations we can usually provide RAMS within 1 to 2 working days once we have scope, access rules, and timings. Complex data centre or clinical projects may require a site survey. We still aim for rapid turnaround so approvals do not delay your go live.
RAMS stands for Risk Assessment and Method Statement. It identifies hazards, the controls to manage them, and the exact steps to carry out the work safely. Building managers, NHS Trusts, and corporate sites use RAMS to approve specialist activities such as server moves, stair climber use, and white glove clinical deliveries.
Send site addresses and an approximate asset list. We will return a secure plan and confirmed date.
