Stair Climber – Office Sites

Office stairs vary. Narrow treads, tight half-landings, fire doors and access windows. We complete a pre-move survey (photos, dimensions, route plan), then issue site-specific RAMS for approval by Facilities and the building manager. We book loading bays, lifts (if partially used), isolation windows and quiet hours, and we brief reception/security. Moves are scheduled for evenings or weekends to minimise downtime. If the lift fails on the day, our contingency stair plan keeps the project on schedule without compromising safety or compliance.

All stair climber jobs are delivered by experienced, DBS-checked crews trained in manual handling and equipment-specific techniques. We bring the appropriate model of powered stair climber for the weight, footprint and centre-of-gravity of each item, along with spares and PPE. Public and employers’ liability insurance is in place, and we can provide method statements, equipment inspection records and completion photos for your audit trail.
