Warehousing & Pre-Staging

Our pre-staging facility features dedicated racks, conditioned power and network to power-on and validate servers, switches, storage, end-user devices and clinical/AV equipment before they ever reach site. We run burn-in tests, load firmware, label and cable to spec, then generate asset packs with photos and serials. This reduces onsite fault-finding and enables “lift-and-land” installation. For office IT rollouts, we kit desktops with docks, monitors and cable sets; for data centre moves, we pre-wire rails and PDUs to your runbook.

Every item is barcoded at goods-in and reconciled against ASN/PO lists. Live inventory dashboards track location, status and release waves, with quarantine zones for DOA or security-hold assets. We provide chain-of-custody records, photos, serial reconciliation and packing manifests per shipment. RAMS and SOPs are embedded in every stage to meet governance requirements. You get clean audit trails for GDPR/WEEE, vendor returns and warranty claims—plus accurate pick/pack that aligns to phased floorplates or venue load-ins.

From weekly office waves to one-off event drops or EU data centre builds, we coordinate timed deliveries with venue/building rules. Dedicated vehicles, GPS tracking and sealed loads protect high-value kit. For cross-border moves we prepare commercial invoices or ATA carnets, manage brokerage and align transit to project milestones. Your assets leave the rack ready for install, with buffer stock held in our secure warehouse to support spares, swap-outs and rapid replenishment.
